What does this mean?

When operating in a dark area such as a warehouse, building site, road or dockside and there is a failure in the lighting system a worker is immediately reassured of his visible safety because the Safe Light Pod (red) was inserted into the rear vinyl pocket on the waistcoat, and this and the Safe Light Baton (yellow) worn using the Baton Cord is actively protecting him. This means the worker is rendered visible from the front and rear to any other personnel on foot or operating vehicles or machinery, whether or not they are visible to the worker. This is total visible protection.

The Visibility Kit Pro is designed for the commercial user; all components are certified and detailed in the Specification Sheet.

The High Visibility Waistcoat certified to EN471 class 2 is an integral part of the Kit. This represents a world first in Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) using Dual Light Technology (DLT08) developed by Safe Light particularly beneficial for worker protection when used in poorly lit industrial and commercial premises. This benefits the wearer by allowing the high visibility waistcoat to be clearly seen from behind without any external light source.
